Tequitia Andrews is an artist and illustrator from Richmond, Virginia. A graduate of Virginia State University, Tequitia is inspired by fashion, music, pop culture and social issues. Her work has appeared on book covers, greeting cards and products, and she has illustrated several picture books.

Jamie Bauza is an award-winning illustrator and designer based in Manila, the Philippines. She has illustrated more than two dozen books for young readers and has been an illustrator in residency at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Kamala Nair is a full-time illustrator, architect by trade and creator of the picture book We Did It Together. When she’s not in her studio, she’s taking in an earthy sunset or walking among the green pastures of Kerala, India, with her sketchbook in hand.
