Rachel Más Davidson

Rachel Más Davidson is the author-illustrator of many books for young readers, including I Love You Mucho Mucho and The Helping Sweater. She is also the illustrator of Pocket Full of Sads, which she created in collaboration with her husband, author Brad Davidson. Rachel lives with her family in Texas.

Sean Simpson

Sean Simpson is a graduate of Sheridan College’s illustration program who likes drawing fun, colorful characters. He is a marketing designer by day and an illustrator by night. Sean lives in Edmonton, Alberta, with his wife and dog. Check out more of his work at www.seansimpsonillustration.com.

Lisa Wiley

Lisa Manuzak Wiley is an artist and illustrator across multiple disciplines. She has illustrated children’s books from picture books to chapter books, many with themes of whimsy and magic. In the video game industry, she worked for Activision as a concept artist and is currently an illustrator at Unbroken Studios, working on an upcoming Harry Potter game. Born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii, she now lives in sunny Orange County, California.

Tallulah Fontaine

Tallulah Fontaine (she/they) is an artist and illustrator from Edmonton, Alberta, who now splits their time between Montreal, Quebec, and Los Angeles, California. Their illustration work has appeared in many notable publications, such as the New York Times, the New Yorker, the Walrus, the Globe and Mail, Pitchfork and Them. Call Me Gray is their first children’s book.

Risa Hugo

Risa Hugo is the illustrator of a number of children’s books, including Why Are You So Quiet?, Leopold’s Leotard and Métis Like Me. She is the author-illustrator of the picture book Shadow. Risa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. She spent most of her childhood living between Japan and Canada, and currently resides in British Columbia with her family.
