Biography
Marisol Sarrazin lives in a little house with a pointed roof up in the Laurentian Mountains, north of Montreal, Quebec. From morning to night, she spends her time illustrating and writing stories, partly for the sheer pleasure of it and partly, it must be said, to earn her living! #From her childhood years on, she has been creating characters in all sorts of shapes and colors, either to illustrate her own stories or those of authors who do not have any colored crayons at their disposal. Since 1986, she has published more than 50 books, several of which have won awards and been translated into a number of languages, including English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Italian, German, Greek and, we think it most likely, the Hobbit language.
