In the event that you receive a damaged item, the wrong item or you find that an item on your packing slip is not with your order, you must notify our customer service department within 14 business days.

Currently we ship to Canada and the U.S.

For orders destined to Canada, be sure to place your order within the Canadian/Intl site.

For orders Destined to the U.S., be sure to place your order within the U.S. site.

Foreign Orders
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process orders for shipment outside of Canada and the U.S.

When you place your order, you will be given a selection of different delivery options with costs based on destination and package size. Each option will come with an expected delivery time frame and a price based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. When you choose your preferred delivery option, the corresponding shipping cost will be added to your order.

Within Canada, orders can be shipped to a P.O. box. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes in the U.S., an alternative address will be required.

Yes. As soon as your credit card payment has been approved, your order will be sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. A Shipment Notification will be sent to you via e-mail once your order is on its way.

You can find out about previously placed orders by signing in to your account and clicking on the “MY ACCOUNT” link located in the header of every page.

A full listing of your recent orders will appear on your “MY ACCOUNT” page. The status of orders that have been received but have not yet been shipped will be listed as “Shipment Pending.” If an order has been processed and has left our warehouse, the status will be listed as “Order Shipped.”
